Call for Attendance

The IEEE International Midwest symposium on Circuits and systems "MWSCASC " is the oldest circuits and systems conference in the world. It presents a forum for research in all aspects of theory, design, and applications in its field. Emphasis is however on current and future challenges in these areas as well as their interdisciplinary impact.

The 46th IEEE International Midwest symposium on Circuits and systems will be held from
the 27th - 30th of December 2003 , at the Nile Hilton Hotel ,Cairo - Egypt.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding conditional upon advance registration and presentation of the paper by one of the authors.
Nominations will be solicited for the Myril B. Reed Best Paper Award. Students' papers are welcomed.
The best student paper award will be presented during the conference banquet.
A pre - conference tutorial sessions are planned on the 27th December 2003.

Beside the technical program, a very entertaining, cultural and social program is planned. It will introduce the symposium attendees and their spouses to a seven thousand year old civilization. Cairo is served by all international air lines from all continents.

Submission of camera ready Manuscript December 30th 2003
